Fall Conference Payment

Note: This payment page is ONLY for those who are currently registered for the Fall Conference but still need to pay.

Two Easy Ways to Pay Your Registration Fee

1) Pay Online! We are using PayPal for our secure online transactions, but you do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this service. Look carefully, because this is not made as obvious as it should be.

2) Pay by Mail: Send a copy of your registration form or the names of the attendees with a check made out to 'AAWCC Oregon' for $195 per registrant to:

You will receive a confirmation of your PAID registration by e-mail. Paid registration means payment is received with a check or purchase order. The registration fee includes program packet and lunch. By attending the conference, you are automatically a lifetime member of Oregon AAWCC.

Cancellation Information

Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations received up to five working days before the conference are refundable, minus a $25 registration service charge/processing fee. Please note that if you do not cancel within five working days prior to the conference and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
