Unresolved conflicts, interpersonal problems and recurring irritations can lower morale and productivity. This workshop will focus on skills for coping with stressful relationships with co-workers or students. Real and hypothetical case studies will be used to demonstrate and practice a variety of communication techniques, including both direct and indirect approaches.
