You will receive a confirmation of your PAID registration by e-mail. Paid registration means payment is received with a check or purchase order. By attending the conference, you are automatically a lifetime member of Oregon AAWCC.
Cancellations and Substitutions: Cancellations received up to five working days before the conference are refundable, minus a $25 registration service charge/processing fee. Please note that if you do not cancel within five working days prior to the conference and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time.
