Dr BradleyJennifer Joss Bradley, Ph.D. has been a consultant to management and organizations for over twelve years. She helps leaders improve their energy, strategic focus, relationships, influence, and ultimately, the performance of themselves and others at work. Her consulting has ranged from individual leadership development to group facilitation and change management, all with an emphasis on building the social and emotional intelligence of people and systems. In addition, she coaches individuals, develops and conducts workshops on a range of topics, from Influence without authority, to Leading change and Using the Enneagram for individual and group development. She has taught Developing Emotional Intelligence, a very popular course in the Master in Management program at Southern Oregon University, for the past five years. Dr. Bradley holds degrees in psychology from Harvard and Stanford.

This will be an informative an interactive event designed to help you understand how the integration of “intangibles” (such as intuition, emotion, and relationship) along with intellect and technical expertise, can enhance your energy, enjoyment, and performance in all aspects of your life. You will not only learn about Emotional Intelligence and its relevance in the workplace but, through experiences and reflection, you will learn about yourselves and about some strategies for improving your energy, focus, and relationships.
