Welcome to the new Oregon State AAWCC Regional Leadership Summits! We wanted to create an accessible and affordable way to continue to offer educational and connection opportunities to our membership around the state, so we’ve created the Regional Leadership Summits to do just that. Summits will be offered three times a year at college campuses in the Northeast, Northwest and Southwestern regions of the state and will provide the same content so attendees have the opportunity to choose their campus.
The summits will contain high quality content to help you grow and lead from where you are at or, grow into your next position. We’ll have workshops on communication, creating a culture of connection and belonging on your campuses and leadership sessions as well as an optional networking hour to help you create resources and relationships across colleges. Whether you work in janitorial services or you’re a college president, we’re all here with the same mission to support each other and educate ourselves to serve our campus communities better. We hope you’ll join us in creating community, belonging, and connection within the AAWCC across the state. We look forward to growing with you!
